La segunda es la correcta:



There's nothing more beautiful than grabbing my guitar and play a good rock blues



Obviamente la diferencia esta entre grab y grabbing. Lo que pasa es que en este tipo de oraciones por ejemplo el verbo obligatoriamente va con ing.
